The Company may grow through merging with and/or acquiring companies
that have products, services, technologies or human resources that complement Company’s products and services. Mercatus shall assist to approach these potential mergers and acquisition parties, assist Company in the assessment, mediation and negotiation process as well as help structure these deals for
the most appropriate outcome.
