William Teo
Mr. Choon Kow Teo, William served as Vice-President of Walden International Investment Group from 1997 to 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Teo served as Senior Manager with Coopers & Lybrand Management Consultants Pte Ltd., specializing in corporate finance work. He worked as a Consultant at one of the Big Four accounting firms in the areas of corporate finance and merger & acquisitions. He started his career in audit and branched out to the banking industry as internal auditor and later switched to credit and marketing work in one of the major local banks. He has many years of experience in the banking as well as corporate finance, financial consulting and international business.

Mr. Teo has been a Non-Executive Independent Director of FM Holdings Ltd., See Hup Seng Ltd., Sim Siang Choon Ltd., G15 Holdings Pte Ltd., Wee Hur Holdings Ltd., Eastern Holdings Ltd. (formerly, Eastern Publishing Ltd.), CASA Holdings Ltd., Enzer Corp. Ltd., G15 Investment Holdings Pte Ltd. and FM Holdings Ltd.

He has a professional qualification from the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, United Kingdom. He is a qualified accountant and is a Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (formerly the Singapore Society of Accountants). Mr. Teo holds a Master in Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila, Philippines.
