Victor Chan
Mr Chan is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Time Medical Group, a technology company in medical equipment. He was the Managing Director of the Private Equity arm of Standard Chartered Bank, a director and investment committee member of China Enterprise Development Fund and China Assets Investment Holdings, Managing Director of Investment Banking for Standard Chartered Bank. Mr Chan has been involved in the arrangement of IPOs (on the stock exchanges in Hong Kong, China and Singapore), M&As, corporate restructuring, corporate advisory, project finance, bond issuance, syndicated financings and financial engineering deals for over hundreds of companies in Asia.
