He is currently Director/shareholder of 16 companies. Active Director of The Shipowner's Mutual Protection And Indemnity Association (Luxembourg) and The Shipowner's Insurance Singapore Pte Ltd. Member of American Bureau Of Shipping, Southeast Asia Technical Committee and Det Norske Veritas Shipping Forum. He Served on committees and the Council of Singapore Shipping Association since inception in 1986 and step down from active participation in 2007, last position held Honorary Secretary. Bestowed Life Honorary Member in 2008 and remain trustee of the Association. He was previously the CEO/Exe. Director of CH Offshore Ltd in December 2007 and remain as non-executive director and adviser to the Chuan Hup Group. He had led CH Offshore to be the first public-listed company that develop 40 gun boats for Singapore Marine Police Force.
